Dushan Petrovich
President
Dushan "Duke" Petrovich serves as President of the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company, responsible for the Company's worldwide strategy, operations and business performance.
Petrovich served from 2004-2006 as Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer with global responsibilities for Supply Chain, Procurement, Information Technology, Corporate Communications, Real Estate, as well as People, Learning & Development (Wrigley's human resources function). In 2006, Supply Chain, Procurement and the Latin American Commercial operations were added to his responsibilities.
He joined Wrigley in 1975 in the finance department, eventually serving as both Vice President and Treasurer and Vice President and Controller, before becoming the Company's first officer-level organizational development leader. He then became Senior Vice President, People, Learning and Development, and a member of Wrigley’s Executive Management Team.
Petrovich is President of the Wrigley Foundation and is a member of the Board of Trustees of Knox College in Galesburg, Ill. He is also a member of the City of Chicago's Sister Cities Belgrade Committee.
Mr. Petrovich earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Knox College and a master's degree in accounting science from Roosevelt University. He also is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of the executive program at the University of Michigan.
William Wrigley, Jr.
Chairman
William Wrigley, Jr. serves as the Chairman of the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company. Previously, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer (1999 - 2006).
Wrigley joined the Company in 1985, and over the course of his career, has been active in every geographic region and every area of the business. He is the great-grandson of the founder and the fourth generation of his family to head the global company.
Wrigley earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Duke University and attended the Wharton School of Business Advanced Management Program. In addition, he was in the inaugural class of the Henry Crown Fellowship Program.
