Learning and Development Framework
Our learning philosophy is based on a holistic approach to learning and development, integrating both formal and informal elements, to ensure that real learning takes place and is embedded. As a result, we emphasise and encourage our associates to use a ratio of 70/20/10: 70% of all learning comes from doing 20% of learning comes from feedback and observing others 10% of learning comes from formal learning interventions such as books, training courses, or seminars
Manager of Self
Our Manager of Self framework is tailored around the development of your personal effectiveness and skills. It provides you with a number of tools and courses to increase you effectiveness in your role. These include functional training courses, self awareness techniques to help you understand yourself and those you are working with better and some frameworks for understanding and being change ready!
Manager of Others
The Manager of Others framework focuses on understanding the integral role that managers play in developing our people, and in turn ensuring that they have the skills and behaviours required to create high performing teams. We provide the support and development opportunities with coaching, talent development and succession planning and the tools to be a winning manager.
Manager of Managers
Our Manager of Managers framework is designed to help our managers and professionals grow their leadership capabilities and refine their personal leadership style. Our leadership academy covers individual reflection, action planning, peer coaching, group activities and guest speakers. We also support individual leadership development and industry seminars and networking events.
GOLD (Goals, Outcomes, Leadership and Development) is Wrigley's performance management program. While traditional goal setting and annual planning are a part of this program, it goes much further. The entire process reinforces the importance of our values and the tenets of our Leadership Model, while encouraging individuals to stretch, grow and reach their full potential.
